Mulger will design over 50 dazzling outfits for the singer and will be responsible for the wardrobe of all her dancers, back-up singers and musicians.
He will be busy at his sewing machine. Beyonce has such faith and trust in Mulger he has been given artistic direction for the whole tour! A match made in heaven I believe.
